Liver & Onions

Jay is making liver & onions for dinner tonight. He is excited about it. I am tentative. I have never had liver & onions, nor have I had the desire to try the combo! I can tell you that right now the smells remind me of my dad cooking venison after a kill. Odd how smells can bring back memories like that :) I will keep you posted on the results of my taste-test!
