Is JC Penney! I just stopped by after work today because I had a $10 gift card that I got in the mail - and ended up getting 2 shirts and a pair of pants for $48! Can't beat that - I couldn't get 1 shirt for that price at any other store that I used to frequent!
Anyway - that's all I have to say. I have had a severe case of writer's block lately! xoxo
