
The Pope has landed - just this past Tuesday in the papal plane named Shepherd 1. The first papal visit to the United States since 9/11, Benedict XVI is taking this short trip in order to "energize the Catholic Community" according to CNN. Its one of very few events taking place in the news that I find extremely fascinating. I am looking forward to reading in the news about his visits to New York and Washington, D.C. What he talks about and who he inspires during the length of his stay here....which brings me to this...
You know when people ask you who from the past or present would you like to have dinner with? I think the Pope would be one of my choices. Not only for the obvious honor of hosting such a guest, but for the stories and experiences that one could hear about during the brief visit. A mysterious man stares through those eyes,

Did I tell you that Sean's parents get to see him when he talks at Yankee Stadium. I'll let you know how it goes.
The pope having his speech at Yankee Stadium?! You would think that they would have a better spot for such a guest! I wouldn't put the two together.
