Our bags are packed...

aaahhh the last few hours before we head to Vermont for our wedding week! Jay and I had a productive weekend getting things ready for the big day. Saturday, we went up to Glendale to get my rings spiffed up (which means that I'm not wearing my engagement ring until Saturday so it stays as shiny and clean as possible), then finished up a few other wedding-related items on our list that afternoon before heading to church. Our last mass as singles...

Today we slept in quite late - myself until 10, Jay until 11:30!!! Jay made me a delicious breakfast as usual, then we headed to the pool for a while. It was pretty hot outside, but the water was refreshing enough. I ended up getting some good sun which I'm hoping lasts all week! We went out for a quick dinner, then came home to pack. I'm surprised at how well we did and am looking forward to getting all this STUFF to Vermont.

Jay is at work right now and I'm trying to wind down & get to bed at a reasonable hour (haha!). I realize that I might not find the time to post this week...or for the next few weeks, but will do my best! One problem is that we have a new camera and haven't yet figured out how to upload pics from it. Jay's parents bought it for us for our wedding gift and I'm very excited to use it - it's much fancier than the last one I had. I'm planning on bringing the user's manual with me to read on the flight home and/or to the honeymooon....so at some point, you will have some great pics from our upcoming travels!!

Until then...wedding bells are ringing....
