Old Friend, New Haircut

This past Sunday night, Jay and I met up for a drink with my friend Evan who was in town from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He was here for his girlfriend's brother's wedding and I was so glad that they took the time to visit with us. It has been about 4 years since we have seen each other, so we had a lot to catch up on! Evan and I go way back - we went to high school and college in Vermont together, our mom's are good friends, and our siblings are the same age (and were friends too). We enjoyed a relaxing evening on the patio at Casey Moore's in Tempe getting caught up.

On a secondary note, I got my haircut this weekend. Check out how short it is! I had asked for 3 to 4 inches, but I think she was a little over zealous and took off closer to 6 or 7. That's what I get for a $15 cut I guess :) Either way, it feels nice to have some length taken off after having grown it out for so long for the wedding.
